What are the best aspects of this product?

It has very effective functionalities of sourcing, managing and evaluating the candidates. I can’t pin point a single best feature of this ATS but it’s robustness and ability to customize are the most important characteristics. Searching and selecting top applicants has become extremely easy with this simple yet empowering tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s simple, easy and straightforward to let you sweep through the hectic tasks of recruiting, I don’t have any issues with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Resume harvesting was my biggest issue that got eliminated with RecruitBPM.
