What are the best aspects of this product?

RecruitBPM has both Applicant tracking and sales features that we use on a daily basis. From a cost point of view, it is very economical with the flexible plans. It's great that we can track candidates sourced from our career portal all the way to placements and time & expense to our client.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would prefer custom report building feature as I have lots of reporting and historical data to review.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using RecruitBPM has increased our productivity and visibility of our candidates for recruiters. Our client outreach has also increased and become more streamlined as we do all communications inside the platform.
