RecruitBPM is a very handy and useful ATS.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using RecruitBPM for more than three years and within the first year alone we were able to increase our database of candidates for four-times. It is a flawless setup and administration is always simple and clear. The customer service and additional training are excellent. Advanced candidate search offers the capabilities with great summary results that let the recruiters to quickly discover the candidates they want to speak with.The integrations allow you to grow your database and maximize your investment in job boards.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

RecruitBPM offers great recruiting benefits at very low prices. So, there isn’t anything I can mention as my disliking.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

For a high-volume industry like staff augmentation/IT consulting RecruitBPM provides you with the right software to keep up with client's needs and deliver the right resources quickly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The control and efficiency that RecruitBPM introduced to our recruiting process was outstanding. The capacity for recruiters to focus their search and evaluate vast numbers of resources speedily is a real gain over other ATS systems I had used before. We were also able to decrease our expenditures on the sources due to its integrations with multiple free job-boards. Huge ROI value! Take full advantage of your job board integrations and grow your database.
