What are the best aspects of this product?

RecruitBPM is quite functional and outstanding in sourcing candidates, tracking placements, reporting, resume storage and submissions. It is great software to keep all the candidate data in one place, to set up and track all the hiring processes and store all the recruiting data in the cloud. It’s been a pleasant experience to use RecruitBPM. It offers integrations with different software and platforms including job-boards and emailing. It is a well-built cloud-based applicant tracking system that enables its users to access the recruiting data anytime, anywhere. The advanced search option lets us track the most suitable candidates for particular job positions in less time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Overall, RecruitBPM is a great applicant tracking system to use. No disadvantages in going for this software. When used efficiently, it proves to be an extraordinary tool to let you choose the most relevant candidates.

RecruitBPM has comparable features to the other applicant tracking systems in the marketplace. Yet it is easier to use than the others. RecruitBPM ATS is brilliant at tracking the candidates’ processes through all the hiring stages.
