What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been using RecruitBPM as our applicant tracking system for more than 3 years. We use it to post open positions to several job sites, manage applicant flow, schedule interviews, and send job offers and background checks. It consolidates our records so that everyone involved in recruiting has a central source of information. We are able to handle all the different jobs/offers/candidates of ours within the system. It is extremely user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing to use. We have never experienced any troubles in training or setting up new users, they always catch on quickly. The hiring managers and recruiters are able to quickly review candidates at a glance with all notes, texts or emails sent at the top of their profile. This has made jumping into a job order easy for those who may be out of the loop. RecruitBPM’s customer support is very effective and outstanding, they offer free training and very timely responses to any questions or concerns we may have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We did not have any bad experience while using this product; rather, I will say that choosing RecruitBPM was one of the best decisions by our company. I would not hesitate to recommend others to at least try this product. In the field of recruiting software, RecruitBPM is one of the most effective and efficient applicant tracking systems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As RecruitBPM is used by our talent acquisition team as the applicant tracking software, a majority of the employees particularly the human resources department of our organization uses it to track the hiring of new employees. It allows us to see candidate flow in a simple way to be able to screen and process large numbers of candidates through the hiring process. This recruiting software has made it easy for us to track the candidates through the entire recruiting process. It can be customized for the number of stages a company has to hire someone, from initial interview to final offer. It is easy to share job postings on different job sites with the integrations this recruiting platform offers. The RecruitBPM dashboard is also very user-friendly. It is simple to get started effectively and get jobs posted right away. It is one of the most efficient and highly affordable applicant tracking systems.
