What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool is easy to use and simple. What we like the most about Recruiterbox is the ability to integrate with email schedules and acquire feedbacks from interviewers systematically. We use this tool to post what positions we are hiring, and from there, we are able to take applicants for reviewing purposes. Understanding how tool work is easy, as well. Recruitment team onboarding has never been a stressful job for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform provides the assistance we need. But if they integrate Slack and HRMS software with this tool, we’ll find it even more helpful in finalizing candidates along the hiring process. Hope they could include these options in future updates.
