What are the best aspects of this product?
Recruiterbox is extremely easy to use software and it can be used even by those who are non-tech users. It has great set of features to you can make the recruiting process smoothly. The good thing is that the team behind this product constantly adds new features and integration so you can have dynamic platform. It offers wonderful permissioning model and collaboration tools. It helps me to screen candidates fast and effectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could improve the embedded job widget on website and interview scheduling tool. To be more precise, the embedded widget works great but whenever we have many openings at once there is a need of better search option or filtering tools. I believe that they are improving this issue. Also, I need a tool for candidates so I can select availability and schedule interviews, for this purpose I’m using Google Appointment but it would be great if they could make an integration with this one.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to keep track of numerous applications for job openings at once. We can easily engage people across the company in the recruiting process by performing cross-team collaborations.
