What are the best aspects of this product?

I managed to implement the software with no professional support. The system is easy to set up, it’s fast and affordable one. I can record and receive communications from the candidates. I can organize the applications and choose the perfect one for the job offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free versions is not feature rich. The standard pricing plan doesn’t meet regular requirements for employment Equity or Privacy. Also, there are not enough tools for customizing the system and it doesn’t has lot of template features and dynamic standard processes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was searching for a system that is cost effective and system that would provide me with transparency for applications. Thankfully, this one helps me to manage both candiate experience and it allows various stakeholders without lot of recruitment experience to collaborate smoothly.
