What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most about this software is the fact that I can easily assign employees to the candidate list based on the roles they applied. I can keep track of varioys roles a potential candidate is applying.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The layout of the site needs some improvements. Also, the intraction with candidates can be cumbersome.

We can quickly go through the huge list of candidates and they are able to attach resumes and cover letters. We can easily schedule interviews through the site and it reminds us about future meetings.
