What are the best aspects of this product?
For me the highlights of Recurly are the direct to customer tools, PCI compliance, attractive user interface, intuitive data model, and easy API integrations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I appreciate that the vendor is adding features to the product. I would like to see deeper tracking of invoices as well as sales orders/contracts represented in their model.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Recurly is simply amazing because you can set up the billing process and forget it. Customers are able to update their outdated payment info without us having to contact them manually. Plus, the app’s re-try algorithm maximizes payments without the need for manual intervention.
