What are the best aspects of this product?
I appreciate that the user interface is easy for myself and also for customers to update their accounts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have had only a couple of issues. First, it is difficult to verify customer info as there are some quirks in the system. Second, I had a bad experience with a customer support agent, but his supervisor stepped in to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Recurly to help customers update their accounts to pay for the software we sell. The main benefit is ease of use when integrating with our solution.
