Great app for subscription management

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a developer, I rate Recurly as the best subscription management app in the market. Most of its competitors focus mainly on payment processing and not on subscription management. Recurly places importance on subscription management and provides many useful features including add-ons. The API integration for developers, documentation, admin portal, and customer support are all excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As mentioned earlier, Recurly is streets ahead when compared to other services, so I have no cause for complaints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Recurly’s add-ons to subscribe to the multiple optional features supported by our email security service. Some packages offer specific add-ons with specific pricing, and we can override that pricing by opting to pay on individual subscription basis.
