What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, the highlights of Recurly are the user-friendly website user interface and automatically generated invoices. Plus, there is a web-hosted link for consumers to edit their billing info and access is cut off to those who don’t pay even after being notified. The previous payment system we were using continued to give access even to customers who weren’t up to date with their payments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no complaints at all. It can take some time to like the new interface and I had to go back to the old version a couple of times, but I finally got the hang of using the new version.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Recurly helped us keep track of who’s paying and how many active users we had. As mentioned earlier, the app cut off access to non-paying customers. Before Recurly, it was big pain to find out how much money was owed to us by customers whose credit card info had expired.
