What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the customer support staff offer prompt and helpful assistance. The system is easy to use for subscription businesses. It provides lots of price points and sub plants as well as detailed reporting and info. Plus, there are plenty of webinars through which you can learn new features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The refund system is a little tricky as sometimes refunds are added as credits and the money is not given back. In such cases, you need to contact the support reps to get the matter resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like that Recurly offers us excellent reporting on the trends in our business. I expect to learn more about the benefits offered to us by this app as we continue using it more and more.
