What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the app is easy to use and navigate. Its export feature offers lots of info about each section of the system and it is easy to generate the reports we need for our SaaS firm.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I feel it would be great if Recurly offers native reports for calculating annual and monthly churn rate for both customers and revenue. Plus, the vendor should offer more flexibility to manage the pricing packages. We are a SaaS company and the pricing packages we need change depending on our needs. I wish it were easy to add add-ons and change our billing cycles as per our requirements. Since we are not able to do so, we have a lengthy and messy list of pricing plans.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Recurly to keep track of our recurring customer payments. Our account management team uses the app to follow up with customers who do not pay on time.
