PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate the following Recurly features: Management of Dunning - the app makes easy to keep track of customers who have payment problems and need attention. Recurring payments happen easily. Finally, the reporting trends are useful and I like the MRR growth graph.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple of issues: It doesn’t seem possible to begin a recurring payment in the past. Second, I don’t have Recurly linked to my app, so it is a bit difficult to add new customers. I wish the system offered an easy solution to this issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Recurly to take credit card info and trigger ongoing payments. The main benefit is payments trickle in regularly and notices are sent automatically when the payments don’t come.
