What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how it's able to get my co-workers and I work collaborate on projects. It enables us in keeping track of progress. We get to add notes too as we go along. Since our team is situated in different parts of the country, Redbooth has made things simpler in terms of collaboration. I appreciate how HD videoconferencing are built-in.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One downer wih this is that its desktop version is facing some problems. By that would mean its filter option whenever in workspace mode. In addition, when looking into the sorted tasks at certain ways, it curbs you from managing it the way you want to.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Planning a conference plays an integral role. It's one of the biggest reasons why we're using Redbooth. It's also an ideal approach in a client follow-up database. We're using it for tracking e-mails and calls for new clients.
