What are the best aspects of this product?

We're struggling in trying to land the best approach in tracking tasks. We wanted to know the due date of everything that we're doing. We began making use of Redbooth a few months back. It did a splendid job in keeping things organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its side-to-side scrolling. This issue happens whenever it involves being in the task section. I know it has its purpose. But I felt like it's almost always better off to scroll down to view things rather than keeping everything on one side of the screen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to find a way in resolving our organization issues. We did come out with fantastic ideas. Thing is, we weren't able to completely integrate or complete them. So we had to come up with a solution in tracking everything.
