The user interface is attractive and easy to use. You can easily view the dashboard and find tasks for a particular project for efficient tracking. The calendar integration offers a timeline for your tasks on when they should be due and thus helpful. When compared with other project management tools, Redbooth is easy to use and affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has issues with how it tracks milestones once the due date of the project is moved. It fails to follow such milestones making it challenging to track those tasks effectively. The problem with the Gmail calendar, which integrates with the software, is that when tasks are moved in the Redbooth, it does not reflect on the calendar thereby bringing unnecessary confusion.

It has enabled organizations to avoid much of paper and adapt to the paperless way, which is more efficient and result-oriented. Projects can thus be completed in time as you can keep track of the timeline for your tasks. It has also improved transparency in undertaking projects thereby reducing any form of malpractice.
