What are the best aspects of this product?

Relenta allows you to manage all email communication with anyone your business communicates with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Relenta is more text / word based than it is with images - I think on the surface some people will want more graphics. After using Relenta for a while I see why it is not more graphic based. Relenta emails get through because it is not relying heavily on graphics which get blocked more often that text based messages.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Relenta could do more to improve their API to make it more user friendly. It will work with Zapier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability to group contacts by type of contact or by where they are in the sales process is a great feature - the feature I found the most useful is the ability to set up drip email marketing campaigns for different segments of my client base. The learning curve is easy and you do not need to hire a consultant to get started like a number of the other apps in this same space.
