What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we're able to customize how we can fully utilize Rent Manager according to what each team member needs. I have been using Rent Manager for a little over 15 years, and have seen it gradually improve over time and include more types of properties in its portfolio.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Phone Broadcast option is wonderful and could use more improvements, especially in terms of actual recordings during calls, as well as report details that include which property it's been used in.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to create and share better reports, especially during month-end activities, from Aged Receivables to General Ledger and Summary Rent Roll. We're also able to better document interactions with vendors and prospected clients using the History feature. Being able to have everyone access the tool also allows for better: accounting for accurate invoices and receipts; plus organization and management of construction and move in/out processes.
