Rent Manager Review

PROS: I like that Rent Manager enabled us to consolidate our workflow across departments including property management and accounting. I also like that their customer support team is always onhand and patient in responding and helping us resolve our questions, concerns and requests for new features.

CONS: None so far. Rent Manager is an excellent management tool for properties.

PROS: Rent Manager is easy to customize, navigate through, and can handle more than 35,000 properties.

CONS: It would be even better to have a much better browser in place instead of the Remote Desktop feature.

PROS: I like that it's easy for me to do basic tasks in managing properties.

CONS: It would be even better if clicking on an item in a report allows you to see other details associated with it, including information on the property, tenant, and due dates.

PROS: I like that Rent Manager is user-friendly and adaptable to what our company needs. I also like its features and that it's constantly updated to offer new ones that we can put to good use.

CONS: Depending on the remote desktop can sometimes cause lags, so it would be great if this can be avoided.

PROS: I love that their customer service always helps us and that it's so easy to navigate through Rent Manager.

CONS: Perhaps adding more members of the support team would decrease the time spent waiting in queue for service.

PROS: I like that Rent Manager is one of the best tools I've used because managing multiple properties can be challenging if the management tool doesn't work right.

CONS: It would be great to put up more modules for quick tutorials, apart from the webinars, and re-connect the FAQs for quick tips, searches and questions.

PROS: I like that I didn't have to use multiple programs to manage properties because I'm now able to access everything I need in one software.

CONS: I wish the learning curve to find my way around the software isn't so steep, and that the cost of additional features would be more affordable and add more value for money.

PROS: I like that we're able to customize how we can fully utilize Rent Manager according to what each team member needs. I have been using Rent Manager for a little over 15 years, and have seen it gradually improve over time and include more types of properties in its portfolio.

CONS: The Phone Broadcast option is wonderful and could use more improvements, especially in terms of actual recordings during calls, as well as report details that include which property it's been used in.

PROS: I like that their customer service team is always on hand to help us out.

CONS: It would be even more helpful if we can view the attachments in the emails that the tenant sends.

PROS: I like the technical support that Rent Manager provides, as well as the ability to integrate other related software.

CONS: I can't think of any. Rent Manager gives me excellent support and features.

PROS: I like that Rent Manager is so easy to use and that their support team is super helpful.

CONS: It would be great to enter data transactions in bulk.

PROS: I like being able to track and manage properties better using this custom- and user-friendly tool.

CONS: t would be great for the font to be bigger, or if there are size options we can choose from.

PROS: I've had the best customer service experience with Rent Manager because they're always available to answer questions or help me resolve issues.

CONS: None right now. Also because their updates occur on a regular basis.

PROS: I like that it's easy to use, which is an advantage for our business.

CONS: It would be helpful if it can easily integrate with related tools on property management.
