Excellent management tool for properties

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Rent Manager enabled us to consolidate our workflow across departments including property management and accounting. I also like that their customer support team is always onhand and patient in responding and helping us resolve our questions, concerns and requests for new features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None so far. Rent Manager is an excellent management tool for properties.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to integrate third-party software, such as the VOIP Phone with the help of Rent Manager's support team, because this enabled us to help our tenants a lot more easily. With the support team involved, we saved time, cost, and frustration to set things up because we were expertly guided through what we needed to do to resolve issues that came up during the setup.
