What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the technical support that Rent Manager provides, as well as the ability to integrate other related software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think of any. Rent Manager gives me excellent support and features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to integrate other software I need and make my work a lot more efficient. The tech support team is very accommodating too in cases where a particular integration is currently not being supported.
