I've had the best customer service experience with Rent Manager because they're always available to answer questions or help me resolve issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None right now. Also because their updates occur on a regular basis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to be very flexible when it comes to managing several kinds of real estate properties, whose accounting systems could vary.
