What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Rent Manager is one of the best tools I've used because managing multiple properties can be challenging if the management tool doesn't work right.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great to put up more modules for quick tutorials, apart from the webinars, and re-connect the FAQs for quick tips, searches and questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm able to manage concerns and finances for more than 30 properties while still being able to communicate with specific tenants through email, using Rent Manager.
