What are the best aspects of this product?
Rent Manager is easy to customize, navigate through, and can handle more than 35,000 properties.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be even better to have a much better browser in place instead of the Remote Desktop feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to have everyone in the team access and use the software to track units and their tenant of about 200 properties and close to 25,000 units.
