PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I think that their team is commendable. Their support staff has gone above and beyond their roles (and even their work hours) quite a few times already just to help me out. As for the program itself, I love how accessible it is--mostly just requiring a stable internet connection just to fire it up. Through it, I’ve been able to handle multiple facets of my business--from storing files, processing contracts, and even generating reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing but praises for this impressive program. Whenever I do encounter issues, their team is always so helpful and ready to receive feedback. They’re very responsive when it comes to addressing the needs of customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to trim down the previously tedious process of checking our cars in and out for rentals. Plus, with RentWorks helping us out, welcoming new members of the staff and getting them up to speed with our processes has now become a walk in the park. This is a truly brilliant program that we have come to fully integrate into our workflow.
