PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Although some of the existing programs we use don’t exactly integrate properly with RentWorks, I still think that the potential for brilliant software support is still there. If you strip away all the restrictions that come with working in my company, I would gladly incorporate this tool into our workflow. Why? I can think of two reasons: its ease of use and intensive insights it provides through the reports generated from it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that this has more to do with our work process, but my experience in using RentWorks could stand to run more smoothly. It would be nice to fully use all of its functionalities- though. We just need to find a way to make it work more seamlessly with the programs that are already embedded in our work system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to save most of our resources by going paperless with RentWorks. Through it, we’re able to sign documents and release forms to our customers very easily--and without the need for paper, nor ink, nor any other item that used to take up a huge chunk of our budget. Customizing our insurance stipulations has been much easier too.
