What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Bluebird’s RentWorks allows me to oversee practically all aspects of my company’s operations--from tracking my vehicles to checking my employees’ schedules. It’s reliable storage for all of my important files too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish that the support staff would be more prompt in their response to issues that I escalate to them. I’ve noticed increasingly frequent system crashes and I do wish that they would address this soon. As a suggestion: please roll out a license scanning feature so that we don’t have to manually scan and input renter's license details.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’ve been able to set-up most of my operations and get it running smoothly through RentWork. Now, whenever I need to get my hands on a particular file or contract, I can easily tap into this program and retrieve the said file. Thanks to this software, I’ve saved a lot of my staff’s time (read: billable hours).
