PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's always nice to interact with an actual human being when it comes to customer service. I'm so used to being greeted by a machine that I find RentWorks such a breath of fresh air. The team is very accommodating and knowledgeable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it a little limiting how the program only accepts payment from particular credit card companies. The software design also looks a bit out of fashion. The layout and the overall environment gives off the impression of a website from earlier years. However, the functions are still very impressive so I can't complain about the aesthetics too much.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through RentWorks, we've been able to efficiently process rental requests in an impressively fast pace. Handing off vehicles and processing their returns are now a lot faster.
