PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the design of this program--very simple and does not leave much room for you to second guess your command buttons. Onboarding new members into our team have been much easier because of how easy this program is to use. Plus, the biggest bonus--their customer reps make you feel validated and supported

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only downside I have noticed about this program is the set-up. It’s quite difficult to launch, and it’s virtually impossible to install it by yourself and without the need to call in their support team. For some reason, it takes a while for it to settle into a new environment (e.g., a new computer or a tablet).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this program to stay on top of our business operations in our car rental company. Through it, we’ve been able to run our tasks more smoothly--from maintaining a reservations calendar to checking our vehicles in and out of the garage. Our employees also use it to clock in and out of work.
