PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is a great starter product for an upstart IT services company. I would say it's more geared for a break/fix shop, but it does has some MSP functionality. The price is reasonable and is a flat-rate so good for a startup with limited funds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a lot of features, but most of them are half baked and not well thought out- that I can live with. However, their support team is very arrogant and can NOT accept criticism or feedback. That in and of itself isn't the worst. Recently they raised their prices with, understood with inflation, but they used the tired trope that things would get better. Since the increase, we've had the most consecutive trouble tickets for broken features that we've ever had, and we're talking basic/necessary features such as payment processing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

TBH, I'd prefer they work on perfecting the features that they already have.
