What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is simple to view and interpret. As an admin, you can manage all the active employee vacations and requests from the dashboard. It makes work easier as you can see how much time a certain employee has left to complete their vacation period. Also, you can choose to reject or approve a vacation request from an employee. It provides a graphical view to help you evaluate and compare vacations for better decision making.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although I rarely need the attendance and time reports, they can be hard to find. You have to go around and spend much time searching for what you want. It can be tedious and it would be better if such reports were easy to produce or retrieve from the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has become a key tool in helping us track vacations and attendance of our employees. All this can be time consuming to manage and thus Replicon has helped us solve that issue. You can view vacation requests of employees and approve or reject them without conflicts depending on the period the employee has requested to get the vacation.
