PROS: It helps to boost our reporting efforts. We can create reports that address the needs of our company. It makes it easy to track and record audit time in the shortest time possible and using minimum resources. In short, it makes our work easier.

CONS: The tool works fine. However, the problem might be with us. Since we are not automated, the product may not be as efficient as if we were. Luckily, with the latest upgrade, we see this problem being a thing of the past.

PROS: It helps manage vacations for your employees from the time they request to the time you log the time of vacation. With its simple to use interface, you can set up the system according to your business needs. This makes tracking time within your business easy and accurate.

CONS: It does not offer efficiency in reporting. This feature does not work as it should be as there are some reports, which the system does not produce. It can be difficult to update time in the system and it would be better if this was made easier. Some features are not intuitive like resource efficiency tracking and thus you are forced to look elsewhere for this functionality.

PROS: The interface is intuitive and attractive which helps you to set up the system according to the needs of your business. Apart from it being attractive, it is simple to use. It offers a flexible platform on which you can set policies, time offs and the rest to help with the smooth running of your business by tracking time.

CONS: Despite the top-notch time tracking functionality the tool brings, it has technical or design glitches. Every time I submit a timesheet, I get a message that it is a read-only timesheet. This message appears every time after this action and can stay there for about 10 seconds and then it disappears. It can be annoying and when I ask help from the customer support on how to remove it they respond saying that it is by design.

PROS: It is anything to go by when you want to track time of work and during vacations. You can schedule for time off and access previous time sheets with ease. It has a simple interface which makes the tool easy to use for anyone looking to track time in their company or business. It allows you to view requests by employees or workmates who want to take vacations.

CONS: The system can sometimes be unstable in terms of functionality. Once time you are entering data and the next time without warning the system goes on a time out. This means that you lose the data that you had not saved, which can be disappointing. It would be better if it did not experience these time outs or the data you enter is automatically saved into the system.

PROS: Although I have used the product in a couple of weeks now, I can say it looks promising in a great way. It is a flexible and convenient tool in tracking and reporting on the progress of a project. Apart from that, it helps to monitor the portfolios of health. You can use Replicon to estimate the labor cost of an entire project, program or tasks as it helps to organize labor that way. The user interface is simples and offers a better platform for your employees to get acquainted with the tool.

CONS: Although some set up processes can be done in bulk like adding users to the system, there are some which can be cumbersome. When assigning tasks to your users, you have to do it one at a time as there is no way to do it in bulk. It also lacks a way to accelerate tasks after you have entered forecasts into the system. Such functionality would be helpful if added to the system.

PROS: It provides a simple interface where users can utilize the tool to track time in projects. It allows me to apportion each task time or hours. Users can comment on the hours allocated which helps to check in on those comments and evaluate their relevance to the objectives of the entire project. If the comments are not material, then I can ignore them without affecting the outcome of the project.

CONS: When the pay period goes to the next month, it takes time to refresh the screen so that you can see the entire pay period. This can be annoying although a minor issue. The calendar layout may be made better to help bring about three months period on a single screen. This would help when you want to review the timesheets of the previous pay period.

PROS: The tool is able to help us track time off with ease. Users can now take down time of the labor hours or leave time, which gives a better estimate in terms of labor cost. The head-office can now receive accurate reports, whenever they need from their branch offices, to help them come up with better cost estimates and models.

CONS: When it comes to producing print outs for end of month timesheets, it can be frustrating as the printouts are tool detailed. Users are unable to edit policies they are assigned to as it reveals all the policies for all the users. It would be better if a user could get only his or her policies for which he or she is assigned to. For the accruals, it can be difficult to stop when an employee goes on an unpaid leave. Automation of this action would be nice where the cost does not accrual when one goes on an unpaid leave.

PROS: It allows me to manage expenses of a project with ease by managing timesheets. I can easily determine the costs of the projects I am undertaking. When it comes to usability of the tool, it is easy to use and has a better user experience for anyone looking to effectively manage their projects.

CONS: It can be slow at times. When you want to complete a particular task very fast, the slow nature of the tool will not let you. It interrupts your workflow which can be frustrating at times. If the product was faster, it would be better as you can complete multiple tasks in a short period.

PROS: When we outsource our services to our clients, we can track the labor hours we used in that project and present a proper billing for our clients to pay. On top of that, when different personnel or departments work on the same project, they can track the hours they have put in the project and pay them according to their input. This is enabled by our cost center which will compute that each department has invested in the project. The MS Project integration with tool adds to its efficient as we can add new tasks or projects into the system with ease. Since it has a mobile app upgrade, I can manage time n vacations, payroll or attendance on the move, as an administrator, even when I am not in the office.

CONS: The downtimes can really be a turn off when you use this tool. They can slow the efficiency of our employees as data is not saved and you have to launch the product all over again to resume with your work. We also did not use some of the features like resource management functionalities in the tool. If it were possible, we can delete or eliminate the tools we are not using or do not intend to use.

PROS: The interface is simple to view and interpret. As an admin, you can manage all the active employee vacations and requests from the dashboard. It makes work easier as you can see how much time a certain employee has left to complete their vacation period. Also, you can choose to reject or approve a vacation request from an employee. It provides a graphical view to help you evaluate and compare vacations for better decision making.

CONS: Although I rarely need the attendance and time reports, they can be hard to find. You have to go around and spend much time searching for what you want. It can be tedious and it would be better if such reports were easy to produce or retrieve from the system.

PROS: It helps to eliminate all the paper work in the office when an employee wants to get his or her vacation or time off request approved. Everything is done electronically with the help of Replicon. It is easy to set up policies, vacations and other fields depending on the needs of your business. Apart from that, you can get notifications to track time off for previous and future timesheets.

CONS: Despite all the good things the tool has to offer, it is impossible to view your supervisor’s reports on demand. It would be better if such reports or calendar of the supervisor was visible from the system with ease.
