It helps manage vacations for your employees from the time they request to the time you log the time of vacation. With its simple to use interface, you can set up the system according to your business needs. This makes tracking time within your business easy and accurate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not offer efficiency in reporting. This feature does not work as it should be as there are some reports, which the system does not produce. It can be difficult to update time in the system and it would be better if this was made easier. Some features are not intuitive like resource efficiency tracking and thus you are forced to look elsewhere for this functionality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now track how profitable a client is by tracking the projects we undertake for them. This form of tracking allows us to be more efficient and prioritize on projects that are more profitable. This has made the process of computing for time tracking and profitability of a project easy and thus a plus on our part.
