What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool is able to help us track time off with ease. Users can now take down time of the labor hours or leave time, which gives a better estimate in terms of labor cost. The head-office can now receive accurate reports, whenever they need from their branch offices, to help them come up with better cost estimates and models.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to producing print outs for end of month timesheets, it can be frustrating as the printouts are tool detailed. Users are unable to edit policies they are assigned to as it reveals all the policies for all the users. It would be better if a user could get only his or her policies for which he or she is assigned to. For the accruals, it can be difficult to stop when an employee goes on an unpaid leave. Automation of this action would be nice where the cost does not accrual when one goes on an unpaid leave.
