What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is intuitive and attractive which helps you to set up the system according to the needs of your business. Apart from it being attractive, it is simple to use. It offers a flexible platform on which you can set policies, time offs and the rest to help with the smooth running of your business by tracking time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite the top-notch time tracking functionality the tool brings, it has technical or design glitches. Every time I submit a timesheet, I get a message that it is a read-only timesheet. This message appears every time after this action and can stay there for about 10 seconds and then it disappears. It can be annoying and when I ask help from the customer support on how to remove it they respond saying that it is by design.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now track time for all our projects in our business. Since we have automated the loading of projects from our CRM system, it has become a smooth process with the help of Replicon. As a result, we have been able to do way with some of the software applications thanks to Replicon.
