What are the best aspects of this product?
This software does the job. It’s understandable, intuitive and affordable solution. We have been looking for other options but our decision went to Replay. Its support team is one of the best, whenever we have some troubles we get an answer within 20 minutes or less. I like how simple this tool is, its learning curve lasts 2 minutes. I like the A/B testing option. There is Zapier integration and this is exactly what we need in order to connect the Replay with our back-end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reporting needs some improvements. The high level reports are great. Also, when I view single contact I cannot see the user’s history. Also, the responsiveness gets slow, but I believe they grow fast. Additionally, sometimes I have to wait for 30sec for the system’ response when I want to track reports, but when I want to edit the reports or to use the system daily there is no problem with the speed.

It helps us to reach people and to stop campaign when needed.
