What are the best aspects of this product?
Replay is easy to use and it helps us to achieve out emailing goals. It is intuitive in categorizing email responses and it provides me with reporting for stats on a weekly basis. Its customer service is one of the best. Whenever I have some issue or questions they answer immediately. I like that you can reach them on Skype, screen share and etc. They use everything in order to help you.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no option to select someone as “Replied” manually in case they didn’t receive and email via Replay, I don’t like that I have to mark them as “Opted Out” in case they call us directly. In addition, it would be great if there are more formatting options for its email templates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We couldn’t send numerous emails on a daily basis with the program we have used before. Our goal is to reach lot of people in a specific time frames and thankfully Replay helps us to do this quickly, professionally and effectively.
