What are the best aspects of this product?
We have tried other marketing email automation products, thankfully we have found Replay.io. It has great support and you are allowed to have direct conversation with its team on their roadmap, they are always responsive and ready to help. They helped us in tracking some issues that we have experienced with our software. We have found a product that would help us to grow and to do great job.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In the beginning we have faced some issues. It lacked strong integration with Salesforce, but the latest release has come with what we were asking for. Also, we are using Outlook and these two products work separately, they are not integrated.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Replay.io helps us to make sales operations and for launching our campaign toward Series A. It is effective tool when it comes to producing quality environment and experience for our staff and it allows us to shift email campaign strategies.
