What are the best aspects of this product?
I remember the old days of using Office Mail Merge, where we had to compile an excel sheet, to write a word doc and to connect on Outlook. We had to do this on a daily basis. We didn’t have tracking options and we often forget about the reporting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like is that you are new product and I haven’t meet you in times I needed you most. I have few suggestions: Fro e.g. they could change “if not responded” into “if not opened” or other solutions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are young business and we are mostly digital media and not tech. We don’t make millions. We have limited resources but ambitious goals. Replay has helped us to avoid the cold calling (this means it saves us lot of time). I used to do hard sales: dial or die. But all I have to do now is to choose scheduled meetings and my work is done.
