What are the best aspects of this product?
Replay has user friendly platform so you can easily qualify and re-qualify prospects and marketing leads. It is helpful tool for my sales success, it provides me with more time to interact with my customers. With Replay.io you can create consistent, measurable and repeatable emails to both your current and potential customers. This tool helps me to step in and to continue the presentation/interaction if there is real opportunity or to know when someone is not interested.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In the beginning I wasn’t so confident in launching campaigns, but thankfully I have received great support from Replay’s team. Even though the product is great there is still room for improvements, especially with the integration with Salesforce. Also, it lacks some documentation, at the beginning I had faced some issues with the documentation but the support team has fixed the problem immediately.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
In the past my job was to qualify great amount of marketing qualified leads in the way it wasn’t suitable to me. This tool has helped me to create a process to better identify the interested customers, it provides me with measure of the effectiveness tools, and I’m able to track the interaction with clients. It helps me to develop lot of opportunities.
