What are the best aspects of this product?
Replay.io is easy to use, it has intuitive interface and great flow. Whenever I have some questions or troubles its support team answered my question within 10min. I have a feeling that this product is made for our own success, they do whatever it takes in order to meet our needs and to achieve our goals. Learning curve is understandable and great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a need of some features. I need a notification when I upload contacts and to know why some of them are skipped.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I started using Replay to manage cold sales emails. I have to say that it helps me with improving the whole process. The stats interface is simple and full with important information. We are able to see where we are heading and what needs to be improved. Even though this tool job’s is to automate emails and schedules, you can still do some great work in order to present and sell your products.
