ReportGarden has a wonderful feature that lets us create dashboards for each of our clients where we can place relevant information so that they can see how their campaigns our doing at a glance. The solution even lets us add reports to the client portal and that is something that has been helpful to us and our customers.

Template creation can be a roundabout process that involves multiple steps instead of just a single step.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have more effective campaign reporting because of ReportGarden. First, it lets us customize our reports and enable our clients to access them. Second, it gives us the ability to schedule reports so we can make sure that clients receive them on the day they prefer.
