PROS: ReportGarden is an exceptional reporting tool that gives us more than visualized reports. It even provides us with dashboards where we can see data at a glance. We can even create a template related to Facebook to ensure that clients can see with one look the performances of their campaigns. What's more, ReportGarden allows us to customize the data we see in our reports so we can give our clients information that is relevant to them. They can then see the data they require through the client portal where they can access it any time without additional help from us.
CONS: It is time-consuming to create filter in each widget for our reports just so we can see the one with the most ad count. If ReportGarden can integrate this feature, it would be awesome.

PROS: ReportGarden has been a part of my software suite for quite some time and it has not majorly failed me yet. It has helped me in producing different types of reports and even in generating proposals for customers. With its templates, I can save time and send documents to clients immediately.
CONS: There are no problems with ReportGarden on my end so far.

PROS: ReportGarden has a wonderful feature that lets us create dashboards for each of our clients where we can place relevant information so that they can see how their campaigns our doing at a glance. The solution even lets us add reports to the client portal and that is something that has been helpful to us and our customers.
CONS: Template creation can be a roundabout process that involves multiple steps instead of just a single step.
