What are the best aspects of this product?

ReportGarden is an exceptional reporting tool that gives us more than visualized reports. It even provides us with dashboards where we can see data at a glance. We can even create a template related to Facebook to ensure that clients can see with one look the performances of their campaigns. What's more, ReportGarden allows us to customize the data we see in our reports so we can give our clients information that is relevant to them. They can then see the data they require through the client portal where they can access it any time without additional help from us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is time-consuming to create filter in each widget for our reports just so we can see the one with the most ad count. If ReportGarden can integrate this feature, it would be awesome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reporting scheduling and report serving to clients have been our top concerns that ReportGarden has solved. With its custom template and dashboard features, we can produce reports on schedule and send it to the client portal directly. Other than that, the reporting tool has enabled us to apply margin ad accounts in reports and ReportGarden does its magic.
