What are the best aspects of this product?
Here is a why I love this tool: first, the team behind Reputology is very helpful and responsive. Secondly, the tool is extremely easy to use and manage, the customer service does the initial setup for you. Thirdly, Iove the integration with Hootsuite. And it provides intuitive and easy admin UI.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see an option where I could respond to each review from Reputology. I believe that this doesn’t depends only on Reputology but on other sites as well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We manage our clients’ reviews and respond to them and we do everything to show their customers that their clients take care of them. Our clients are more focused on their business so we have to take care of their social and review media. With Reputology we save lot of time and money, and it helps us to manage all our data.
