Pros: Great tool for small-sized businesses, it keeps you on top of the reviews you are receiving on sites like Google, Foursquare, Yelp and many others. This is great solution that helps us to provide great customer service and to address issues in less time. It allows us to respond to every kind of review whether it is negative or positive one.
Cons: I cannot find anything to dislike. I wish this program is free but I also understand a need for profit.

Pros: We are using Reputology for more than 2 years, and it’s great tool for monitoring 40+ hotels review sites. We are able to manage all reviews for our hotels from various review sites and to access and respond from one single place. Our clients (hotels’ managers) are very satisfied with this tool because they get daily email summary without login to the system to see the reviews. It’s extremely easy to track and send reviews from one location. The email alerts features are very useful because it allows us to check reviews on the go. Its support team is always there for help and assistance.
Cons: I would like to see automatically update for each account whenever new sites are added instead of clicking the new site to start receiving reviews.
