What are the best aspects of this product?
Great tool for small-sized businesses, it keeps you on top of the reviews you are receiving on sites like Google, Foursquare, Yelp and many others. This is great solution that helps us to provide great customer service and to address issues in less time. It allows us to respond to every kind of review whether it is negative or positive one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I cannot find anything to dislike. I wish this program is free but I also understand a need for profit.

Reputology helps us to track and address negative reviews, to respond to those who are not satisfied and to improve the business. When we get a review whether positive or negative we share it with other team members so they can find a way to improve something. We are able to award those who are doing great job and help other employees to become better.
